No, you don’t need to sign up to place an order. You can order as a guest by just providing your Email address, phone number and other shipping/ordering details. However, signing up or having an account has its benefits.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Parcels usually reach within 7-14 days of ordering. However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Please note that as a policy, we don’t offer any returns or exchange. However, if the product you received is wrong, tampered or damaged, please write to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at info@resheaustralia.com. Please do send a picture of the products as attachment. Alternatively you can call us on +91 86428 68888. Our customer service representative will guide you through the process and your item(s) will be replaced subsequently. Any complaint received beyond 7 working days shall not be entertained.
